At Vedaafuel, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition and exactly as intended. As our products are consumable herbal wellness and beverage products, we maintain strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules governing order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through our website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Policy.


1. General Policy for Consumable Products

Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Consumed or partially consumed
  • Tampered with after delivery
  • Returned without original packaging

Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be considered if the product received is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Expired at the time of delivery
  • Different from what was ordered
  • Missing items from the order
  • Delivered in a tampered or leaking condition

All requests are subject to verification and approval by Vedaafuel.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.

Cancellation requests should be sent via WhatsApp only to:

  • If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we may approve the cancellation and initiate a refund where applicable.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

2.2 Cancellation by Vedaafuel

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Failure to verify customer information
  • Non-serviceable delivery locations
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions
  • Force majeure events or operational disruptions beyond our control

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.


3. Eligible Cases for Return, Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible only if:

  1. You received the wrong product.
  2. The product arrived damaged, leaking, broken, torn or tampered with.
  3. Your shipment contained missing items.
  4. The product was expired upon delivery.
  5. The product has a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or consumed.
  • The seal or packaging has been broken after delivery.
  • The complaint is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Adequate supporting evidence is not provided.
  • The issue relates only to taste, aroma, personal preference, or expected results.
  • The outer carton has minor cosmetic damage while the product remains intact.
  • The delay was caused solely by the courier and the product arrived safely.
  • The customer entered an incorrect shipping address.
  • The customer refused delivery.
  • The order was purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Non-Returnable", unless received damaged or incorrect.

5. Time Limit to Report an Issue

All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted as verification becomes difficult after prolonged possession by the customer.


6. How to Request a Return, Refund or Replacement

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Email Address (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the outer package
  • Photographs of the product
  • Shipping label
  • Batch Number / MRP / Expiry Label
  • Complete unboxing video (strongly recommended)

For damaged, missing, tampered or incorrect products, an unboxing video significantly helps us verify your claim.


7. Verification & Resolution

Once your request is received:

  1. We will review the submitted information.
  2. Additional evidence may be requested if necessary.
  3. If approved, we may offer one of the following:
  • Replacement Product
  • Refund
  • Store Credit or Coupon (where mutually agreed)

The resolution offered depends upon stock availability, logistics feasibility and the nature of the issue.


8. Return Pickup

For approved claims, we may:

  • Arrange reverse pickup through our courier partner.
  • Request you to self-ship the product.

If self-shipping is requested and approved in advance, reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed upon submission of valid courier receipts.

In some cases, we may issue a replacement or refund without requesting the product to be returned.


9. Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after claim approval.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Eligible refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer after verification.

Actual credit timelines depend upon your bank or payment provider.


10. Partial Refunds

Where only certain products are affected, refunds or replacements may be issued only for the affected items rather than the entire order.


11. Fraudulent Claims

Vedaafuel reserves the right to reject claims that are fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, unsupported by evidence or intended to misuse this Policy.

We also reserve the right to restrict future purchases where misuse is suspected.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Vedaafuel's liability under this Policy shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the affected product(s).
