Welcome to Vedaafuel ("Vedaafuel", "we", "our", or "us"). This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our website are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and order verification.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen operational disruptions.
- Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, promotional sales, product launches, or force majeure events, order processing and dispatch may take longer than usual.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through trusted third-party courier partners.
- We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are non-serviceable, high-risk, or restricted by our courier or logistics partners.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹599. This threshold may be revised without prior notice.
- Any promotional free shipping offer shall be governed by the terms displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Courier partner operations
- Weather conditions
- Transport disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Customer unavailability during delivery
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared with your registered email address, mobile number, or WhatsApp number (where available).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information while placing an order.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer refusing delivery without valid reason
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
The shipment may be returned to Vedaafuel.
In such situations:
- Re-shipping can be arranged upon payment of applicable shipping charges.
- If the order is cancelled after return, applicable shipping charges, Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges, payment gateway charges, and handling charges may be deducted wherever legally permissible.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate recipient details, shipping address, PIN code, and contact number during checkout.
Vedaafuel shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
For address modifications after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
8. Packaging & Damaged Shipments
Every Vedaafuel order is securely packed before dispatch.
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, or opened at the time of delivery, please:
- Refuse the delivery wherever possible or report the issue to the delivery executive.
- Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your Order Number
- Photographs of the outer package
- Photographs of the product
- A complete unboxing video (strongly recommended)
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be difficult to verify and may affect claim approval.
All such cases will be reviewed under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Split Shipments
For operational reasons, inventory availability, or packaging constraints, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Where feasible, tracking details for each shipment will be shared separately.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Vedaafuel shall not be liable for shipping delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fire
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruptions
- Courier network failures
- War
- Civil unrest
- Force majeure events
11. International Shipping
Currently, Vedaafuel ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
